Meet Our Team
Xiaochen Zhou, DDS
Dr. Xiaochen “Bruce” Zhou was born and grew up in Shanghai, China. He attended the University of Wisconsin, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics and statistics.
He then served in active-duty Army service, where he found his true passion in dentistry when he encountered the underserved population all over the world. He later graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry to fulfill his dream of helping people receive accessible, affordable, and quality dental care.
Dr. Zhou has gone above and beyond the requirements of continuing education for a dentist, with hundreds of hours in advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, endodontic treatment (root canal therapy), periodontal therapy, oral surgery, dental implants and orthodontics (Invisalign®).
He is passionate about promoting good dental health and increasing access to quality and affordable dental care. He strives to build a long and trustworthy relationship with patients.
Dr. Zhou believes in giving back to those who need help. He volunteers at the Union Gospel Mission Dental Clinic, Longview Outreach, Special Olympics and Free Dental Care for Veterans.

Outside the Office:
Dr. Zhou is fluent in Chinese and English and loves to practice his Spanish. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Yujing, their daughter, Carolyn, and son, Ryan, trying new restaurants, hiking new trails, and hanging out with friends and family. Dr. Zhou just started snowboarding, and he is always looking for new hobbies and restaurant recommendations!
Truc (Alice) Nguyen, DMD
Dr. Nguyen is a remarkable dentist who seamlessly blends her artistic talents with clinical expertise. Graduating from OHSU as one of the top students in the clinic, she has received numerous accolades, including the prestigious Howard Memorial Student Competition Award for high achievement, the OHSU School of Dentistry Alumni Association Scholarship for Excellence, and the Oregon Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship Track Scholarship, highlighting her dedication to continuing education.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Dr. Nguyen has been recognized with a certificate of appreciation for her contributions at OHSU. Her enthusiasm for the diverse aspects of general practice is evident in her ability to connect with each patient on a personal level. With unwavering dedication to patient-centered excellence, Dr. Nguyen’s artistic flair and commitment make her an exceptional asset in the field of dentistry.
She takes great pride in her dental artistry, striving to provide the best possible experience for her patients, one beautiful smile at a time! Outside of her dental practice, Dr. Nguyen enjoys swimming, cooking, traveling, and capturing moments through photography and video, particularly of her cat, Sushi, and family.

My name is Lori Miller, and I have been working in the dental field for 35 years. I really enjoy talking to people and making them feel at ease when visiting our office. I love figuring out the best way to help our patients, whether it be their teeth or them as a person. I am married, with 3 grown boys. I love to travel, and I really love fashion.
