 About Dr. ZhouDr. Zhou was born and grew up in Shanghai, China. He attended the University of Wisconsin, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in mathematics and statistics. He then served active duty Army service where he found his true passion in dentistry when he interacted with the underserved population all over the world.
